Know when a sold coin is still for sale somewhere.

When a coin sells out, CoinManagerPro takes it off eBay, Walmart, and Flow Dealers. A stock alert tells you what is left to do: a lot to pull from a platform sale, a channel that did not take the coin down, or a coin that sold twice.

Stock alerts go to the app and by email. Slack is optional.

A CoinManagerPro stock alert: 1 coin oversold, withdraw 1 lot, 1 withdrawal failed. A 1921 Peace dollar sold on eBay and on Flow Dealers, one more unit than the dealer has. Lot 214 of a HiBid sale must be pulled. Walmart did not take down a 2021 American Silver Eagle. Each group has a link to fix it.

What stock alerts cover

Each alert names the coin, the channel, and the step to fix it.

Oversells

A coin sold more units than you have, for example on eBay and on Flow Dealers at once. The alert lists every order.

Lots to pull

A sold coin is in an exported lot of a HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, or other platform sale. The alert lists the lots to withdraw.

Channels that did not take the coin down

eBay, Walmart, or Flow Dealers did not remove the listing after the tries. The alert shows the error from the channel.

In the app

Each alert shows in notifications with a link to the sale or the withdrawals page.

By email

Members with the "Edit coins" permission get each alert by email.

In Slack

Paste a Slack incoming webhook URL in settings. Alerts post to that channel. Send a test message to check it.

Follow a coin

Each member can follow coins, or watch every coin at or above a value, and get a notification when the coin sells, goes to auction, comes back, or goes on hold.

The webhook stays private

The Slack URL is stored encrypted and shown masked. Only members who manage settings can see or change it.

How stock alerts work

01

A coin sells

The sale can come from eBay, Walmart, Flow Dealers, an invoice, or a platform sale import.

02

CoinManagerPro takes it down

When the last unit sells, the coin comes off eBay, Walmart, and Flow Dealers. A failed take-down is tried again.

03

You get the alert

What CoinManagerPro cannot finish goes into one alert: in notifications, by email, and in Slack.

04

Fix it from the link

Mark the lots pulled, retry the channel, or cancel one of the oversold orders.

Questions about stock alerts

When do I get a stock alert?

When a sold coin is still in an exported platform sale lot, when a channel fails to take a sold coin down, and when a coin sells more units than you have.

Who gets the email?

Every member with the "Edit coins" permission. The alert also shows in notifications in the app.

How do I connect Slack?

In Slack, add an incoming webhook to a channel and copy its URL. Paste it in Settings, Stock alerts, and save. Only hooks.slack.com URLs are accepted.

Can I get alerts about one coin?

Yes. Select Follow on a coin page. In your notification settings, choose the status changes you want, and get them in the app or as one email each day.

Does a coin with more than one unit come down after the first sale?

No. The listings update their quantity, and the coin comes down when the last unit sells.
