Sell a coin once, take it down everywhere.

When the last unit of a coin sells, CoinManagerPro takes its listings off eBay, your storefront, and Flow Dealers. Lots in HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and GreatCollections sales go on a list for you to pull by hand.

The Walmart Marketplace connection is not open to dealers yet. Walmart listings come down the same way when it opens.

The Withdrawals page in CoinManagerPro. A 1921 Peace dollar sold twice, once on eBay and once in CoinManagerPro, and shows as oversold. Lot 214 in a HiBid sale waits for the dealer to pull it. An eBay listing for an 1878-CC Morgan dollar is still coming down after 2 tries. The recent sell-outs show each channel as taken down or waiting.

What withdrawals do

A sale on any channel, an imported order, or a reserve met in a platform sale can sell out a coin. Each one starts the same withdrawal.

Take sold coins off other channels

When a coin sells out, CoinManagerPro ends its live listings on eBay, your storefront, and Flow Dealers.

Retries when a channel fails

A listing that does not come down is tried again for about 30 minutes. Then the withdrawal shows as failed, and you can retry it.

Lots to pull

HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and GreatCollections have no API for this. The lot is marked sold elsewhere and goes on the list. You pull it on the platform and mark it pulled.

Reserve met

Mark a lot in a running platform sale as reserve met. Its coin is held for that sale and comes off your other channels.

Oversold coins

When two sales take the same coin, CoinManagerPro shows the coin and both invoices. Cancel or fill one order, then close the oversell.

Alerts

Failed withdrawals, lots to pull, and oversells go to your notifications and by email to members who can edit coins.

Slack alerts

Add a Slack webhook to send the same alerts to a Slack channel. Send a test message first.

One withdrawal per sale

The same sale reported twice takes the coin down once. Stock that comes back closes the sell-out.

How withdrawals work

01

A coin sells out

The last unit sells in CoinManagerPro, on eBay, or in a platform sale. Or you mark a platform lot as reserve met.

02

Listings come down

CoinManagerPro ends the coin's listings on each channel with an API, and checks that each one is down.

03

You pull the auction lots

Lots on platform sales go on the Lots to pull list. Pull each one on the platform, then mark it pulled.

04

You fix what is left

Retry a failed withdrawal, or close an oversell after you cancel or fill one of the orders.

One coin, many places to sell it

A dealer lists the same coin on eBay, a storefront, and in an auction platform sale. The Withdrawals page shows each place the coin must come down.

Questions about withdrawals

Which channels does CoinManagerPro take a coin off?

eBay, your storefront, and Flow Dealers, through their APIs. Lots in HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and GreatCollections sales go on a list for you to pull by hand. The Walmart Marketplace connection is not open to dealers yet.

Why do I pull auction lots by hand?

HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and GreatCollections do not let other software withdraw a lot. CoinManagerPro marks the lot sold elsewhere and keeps it on the list until you confirm you pulled it.

What happens when eBay does not take the listing down?

CoinManagerPro tries again for about 30 minutes. Then it marks the withdrawal as failed and sends an alert. You can retry it from the Withdrawals page.

What is an oversell?

Two sales took more units of a coin than you had. CoinManagerPro lists the coin with each invoice so you can cancel or fill one order. Then you close the oversell.

What does reserve met do?

Platform sales have no live API, so you mark a lot when its reserve is met. The coin is held for that lot and comes off your other channels. Importing the results sells it, or puts it back if the lot did not sell.
