Record what you paid for every coin.

Record a buy with its seller and payment. Enter a cost for each coin, or enter one price for the lot and split it across the coins. The cost goes to each coin.

The cost of each coin goes into its history, so profit is right when it sells.

What purchases do

Three ways to split the cost

Enter a cost for each line, split the total evenly across every coin, or split it by the estimated value of each line. The parts always add up to the total.

New coins and coins you have

Add new coins as you record the buy, or add coins already in your inventory. New coins go into your default warehouse.

Import the seller's list

Read a CSV or Excel list with a column mapping that is saved for the next list from that seller. Or read photos or a PDF of a paper list with AI.

Payment details

Record the seller invoice number, check number, payment status, and deposit date. Filter the list by payment to see what you still owe.

Sales and profit per purchase

Each purchase shows its total cost, the units sold, the revenue, and the profit, so you know which buys paid off.

Outright or profit share

Buy coins outright, or split the profit with the seller and make settlement statements from the sales.

Cost stays private

Members without "View cost" do not see cost or profit. Changes need "Manage purchases".

CSV export

Search and filter purchases by seller, payment, source, and date. Download the matching purchases as CSV.

Questions about purchases

I paid one price for a whole collection. How do I get a cost per coin?

Enter the total and choose Evenly or By estimated value. Evenly gives each coin the same share. By estimated value gives a $500 coin a larger share than a $50 coin. Left-over cents go to the first lines, so the parts add up to the total.

Can I change the cost later?

Yes. Edit the cost or change the split method on the purchase. CoinManagerPro splits the cost again and writes the new cost to each coin.

What happens to the coins when I delete a purchase?

The coins stay in your inventory with their cost.

Does reading a photo of a list cost credits?

Yes. AI reads photos and PDFs of paper lists and uses credits for each page. Spreadsheets do not use credits.

Can I see all coins from one purchase?

Yes. Filter the Coins page by purchase or by seller.
