Buy from contractors without retyping their lists.

Each contractor gets a link to send you coin lists, with no login. You check each list and turn it into a purchase. CoinManagerPro keeps their purchases, what you owe, and their profit share.

No coin goes into stock until you record the purchase.

A contractor page in CoinManagerPro for Reynolds Coin & Bullion: $6,800.00 owed, 3 purchases with $21,390.00 total cost. The purchases list shows each purchase with the coins sold, the cost and the payment status. The List link section shows the link is on, with a list of 22 coins for $3,975.00 sent on Nov 2, 2026.

What contractors do

A record for each seller

Keep contractors, dealers, coin shows, private sellers, and auction companies with their contact details and tax ID. Each page shows the purchases, the total cost, and what you owe.

Their own SKU code

Give a contractor an inventory code. New coins from them get SKUs that start with it, such as JS-0042.

A list link with no login

Send the contractor a link. They type coins, upload a spreadsheet, or send photos or a PDF of a paper list, with a price for the whole list and a note.

A template that imports as is

The Excel or CSV template has the columns CoinManagerPro reads, so a filled template imports with no column mapping.

Review, then buy

Sent lists wait for you on the Purchases page and the contractor page. Make a purchase from a list, or dismiss it. AI reads photos and PDFs into lines when you ask.

Seller portal

Invite a contractor by email to the seller portal. They see their purchases and coins. You choose if they can edit descriptions and grades, or mark coins sold or returned.

Profit-share deals

Set a default share for each contractor. Pick the expenses that come off first: cost, grading fees, platform fees, shipping, and other expenses.

Settlement statements

Make a statement for a period from the sales and returns not settled yet. Download it as CSV or PDF and mark it paid. A loss carries to the next statement.

How contractor lists work

01

Add the contractor

Only the name is required. Add an inventory code and profit-share terms if you use them.

02

Send the list link

Make a link on the contractor page and send it. A new link stops the old one.

03

The contractor sends a list

They fill the template, type the coins, or send photos of a paper list.

04

Make the purchase

Open the list, check each coin and the cost, and record the purchase.

Questions about contractors

Does a contractor need an account to send a list?

No. The list link works without a login. The link stops after 90 days without a sent list, and you can stop it at any time.

What can a contractor send?

The filled template, their own sheet with a description column, lines they type, or up to 5 photos or PDF pages of a paper list, 5 MB each.

Does reading a photo of a list cost credits?

Yes. AI reads the photos and PDFs only when you click Read list, and uses credits for each page.

How does a profit share work?

The expenses the deal lists come off each sale first. The rest is split by the share you set. A statement pays the change in shares since the last statement. When you close a deal, you set a value for the unsold coins and settle it.

Can I delete a contractor?

Only a contractor with no purchases.
