Print coin labels with barcodes from your inventory.

Make a template for your printer and choose the fields. Select coins and print. Each label carries a barcode or QR code that CoinManagerPro reads back.

Labels print from the browser to a label printer or a sheet printer.

The New label template dialog in CoinManagerPro. The template is a 2.25 by 1.25 inch Dymo 30334 roll label with the SKU, title, grade, cert number and price, and a QR code and a barcode. The preview shows an 1881-S Morgan Dollar, PCGS MS65, priced at $325.

What coin labels do

Sizes for coin dealers

Dymo, Zebra, and Rollo rolls, 2x2 holder labels, slab labels, and Avery letter sheets. Enter a custom size for any other roll or sheet.

Choose the fields

SKU, lot number, title, year and mint mark, grade and grading service, cert number, price, cost code, and location. A coin with no value for a field skips it.

Barcode with the SKU

A Code 128 barcode holds the SKU, for any USB or Bluetooth scanner.

QR code with the coin link

A QR code opens the coin page in CoinManagerPro. Print a QR code, a barcode, or both.

Cost codes

Print each coin's cost in letters that only your staff can read. Members who can view cost decode a code in the app.

Location on the label

Print the warehouse, zone, safe, shelf, and box, so a coin goes back to the right place.

Print many at once

Select coins on the Coins page and print. Set the number of labels for each coin, and skip used positions on a part-used sheet.

Scan a label to find the coin

Scan a CoinManagerPro label, an RFID tag, or a slab cert number with a scanner or a phone camera. The coin opens.
