Use Claude or ChatGPT with your coin inventory.
The CoinManagerPro MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, and other MCP clients to your workspace. Ask about your coins, invoices, and profit. Ask for changes, and the assistant makes them.
You sign in with your CoinManagerPro account. You do not need an API key.
A chat in Claude connected to CoinManagerPro. The dealer asks for the profit on eBay in October. Claude reads the profit report through CoinManagerPro and answers: 31 coins sold, revenue $12,480, coin cost $8,960, eBay fees $1,640, and profit $1,880.
What the MCP server does
The assistant reads and changes your coins, valuations, invoices, customers, consignments, platform sales, eBay listings, and reports.
Every app operation
Four tools reach the operations of the app: find_operations, describe_operation, read, and change. The assistant finds what it needs.
Your permissions
The assistant acts as you. It can see and change only what your role and permissions allow in the workspace.
OAuth sign-in
Connect with your CoinManagerPro sign-in. No API key to copy or store.
Workflow drafts
Ask the assistant to build a workflow. It saves a draft, and you activate it in the app.
Closed areas
The assistant cannot change sign-in, your team, API keys, connected apps, integration credentials, billing, or member permissions.
Revoke at any time
Go to Settings, Connected apps, and click Revoke. The assistant stops at its next request.
Claude Code and Codex
Add the server with one command and work with your inventory from the terminal.
Read only without a plan
A workspace without an active plan can still read its data. Changes need an active plan.
How to connect an assistant
01
Copy the connector URL
The URL is on the developers page, with steps for each assistant.
02
Add it to your assistant
In Claude, add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and make a connector. In Claude Code or Codex, run the mcp add command.
03
Sign in and authorize
Sign in to CoinManagerPro and click Authorize.
04
Ask
Ask about your inventory or ask for a change. The assistant tells you what will change first.
Things to ask
The assistant answers from your workspace's data. Some requests dealers make:
Book a demo- What was my profit on eBay last month?
- Which invoices are unpaid, and which are overdue?
- List the coins that have been in stock for more than a year.
- Change the price of the 1921-D Morgan dollar to $500.
- Which consignments have unsold coins?
- Make a workflow that posts each paid sale to Slack.
Questions about the MCP server
Which assistants work with it?
Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Codex, and any other client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth. The setup steps for each are on the developers page.
Can the assistant see data I cannot see?
No. The assistant uses your account and your permissions. A member without permission to see cost cannot get cost through the assistant.
Does the assistant change data without asking?
The server tells the assistant to state each change and get your yes before it makes the change. Changes go through the same checks as the app.
Does it use my AI credits?
No. Your assistant's own subscription pays for the chat. An operation that costs credits in the app, such as an AI valuation, uses credits the same way.
How do I remove access?
Go to Settings, Connected apps, and click Revoke. The assistant stops at its next request.
