What the assistant does
The assistant uses your permissions. It can see and change only what you can.
Find coins
Search by words in the title, SKU, or description. Sort by value or by how long a coin has been in stock.
Sales and profit
Ask what sold in a date range and what you made, by channel, category, grading service, or consignor.
Invoices, orders, and customers
Find unpaid invoices, eBay and Walmart orders, listings, and customers.
Make changes
Change a price or a coin's details. Before it marks a coin sold or adds a coin, the assistant asks you to confirm.
Knows the page you are on
Open the assistant from any page. Ask about this coin or these invoices, and it knows which.
How-to answers
Ask how to do a task. The assistant answers from the help articles and links to the page.
Saved chats
Chats save to your account. Open an earlier chat from the history, or delete it.
Your permissions
A member without permission to see cost does not get cost or profit from the assistant.

Open it
Click Ask the assistant in the top bar. It opens beside the page you are on.

Type a question or a change in plain English.

Check the answer
The assistant reports only what your data returns. When nothing matches, it says so.

Confirm changes
For a sale or a new coin, the assistant states the details and waits for your yes.

What does the assistant cost?
Each message uses 6 credits. Plans include credits each month, and you can buy more.
Can it change my data?
Yes. It changes prices and coin details when you ask. Before it marks a coin sold or adds a coin, it states the details and waits for your yes.
Does it make up answers?
The assistant reports what your data returns. When a search finds nothing, it says so. For how-to questions, it answers from the CoinManagerPro help articles.
Can staff use it?
Yes. Each member's assistant has that member's permissions. A member without View cost does not see cost or profit in its answers.
Can I use Claude or ChatGPT instead?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Codex through the CoinManagerPro MCP server. Those chats do not use CoinManagerPro credits.
