What the Orders page does

eBay orders go into the same inventory, invoices, and customer records as the rest of your sales.

Orders import on their own

CoinManagerPro checks eBay for new and changed orders on a schedule. To check now, click Import eBay orders.

A paid invoice for each paid order

A paid order gets an invoice with the items, shipping, and tax. The eBay payment is recorded on the invoice, so it shows as paid.

Coins come out of stock

Each order line matches a coin by SKU, or by the eBay listing. The sale takes the coin out of stock. An order line that matches no coin is flagged on the order.

Buyers become customers

CoinManagerPro finds the buyer in your customers by email or eBay username, or adds a new customer. The sale shows in the customer's history.

Packing slips

Print a packing slip with your business name, logo, and address, the items, and the ship-to address.

Labels and tracking

Buy a label with your Shippo or ShipStation account, or add a tracking number from a label you bought somewhere else. CoinManagerPro sends the tracking number to eBay.

Cancelled orders

When an order is cancelled on eBay, CoinManagerPro voids its invoice and puts the coins back in stock.

What you receive

Each order shows the items, shipping, tax, the marketplace fee, and the amount you receive. The order links to its invoice.

Connect eBay

Connect your eBay seller account in CoinManagerPro. Orders placed after you connect import from then on.

The order imports

A paid order gets a paid invoice, its coins come out of stock, and the buyer is added to your customers. The order shows as Ready to ship with the ship-by date.

Pack and label

Print the packing slip. Buy a label, or send the order to ShipStation, or add your own tracking number.

Tracking goes to eBay

CoinManagerPro marks the order shipped and sends the tracking number to eBay. If eBay does not take it, CoinManagerPro tries again, and the order shows the error with a button to send it again.

Questions about eBay orders

Do I have to enter eBay sales by hand?

No. CoinManagerPro imports each eBay order and makes a paid invoice for it. The coins come out of stock and the buyer is added to your customers.

How does an order find the right coin?

By the SKU on the eBay listing. When a listing has no SKU, such as one made in eBay Seller Hub, the order matches the listing you imported into CoinManagerPro. A line that matches no coin is flagged, and its stock does not change.

What happens when an order is cancelled?

CoinManagerPro voids the order's invoice. The coins go back in stock.

Does the tracking number go back to eBay?

Yes. A label you buy in CoinManagerPro, a ShipStation shipment, or a tracking number you add by hand goes to eBay. If eBay does not take it, the order shows the error and a button to send it again.

Does it work with Walmart?

The Walmart Marketplace connection is not open to dealers yet. When it opens, Walmart orders will import to the same Orders page.
