Know who buys your coins and what they owe.

Each customer has a page with their purchases, lifetime value, open balance, invoices, tags, and notes. Your invoices and eBay orders add buyers to the list, so you do not type them in twice.

A customer's purchases and lifetime value come from their invoices. Returns are taken off.

The Customers list in CoinManagerPro: 214 customers and an average lifetime value of $2,862.00. The list is sorted by highest value. Each row shows the customer's name and email, purchases, lifetime value, last purchase, status and the date added. Linda Price leads with 9 purchases and $18,640.00. Gary Walsh is blocked.

What the customer list does

One record for each person or business you sell coins to.

Added from your sales

A new buyer on an invoice, a sale, or an eBay order becomes a customer. A buyer with the same email goes on the saved customer, not a new one.

Purchases and lifetime value

Each row shows the number of purchases, the lifetime value, and the last purchase. Drafts, voids, and cancelled invoices do not count.

Invoices and balance owed

The customer page lists the newest invoices and shows the amount owed at the top when the customer has an open balance.

Search, sort, and filter

Search by name, email, phone, or company. Sort by highest value, most purchases, or last purchase. Filter by status or by tag.

Tags and notes

Tag customers by what they collect, such as Morgan dollars. Notes on the customer page are for your team only.

Email from the customer page

Send a message from the customer page. The customer's reply comes back to the same page.

Block a customer

A blocked customer cannot go on a new invoice or memo, and you cannot send them messages. Open invoices stay open.

Export to CSV

Export the customers that match your search and filters, with names, emails, phones, addresses, tags, notes, and totals.

Questions about customers

Do I have to type in my customers?

No. A new buyer on an invoice, a sale, or an eBay order is added for you. You can also add a customer by hand with Add customer.

How does CoinManagerPro stop duplicate customers?

For a new buyer, it looks for a saved customer with the same email first. If no email matches, it looks for one customer with the same name. Two customers cannot have the same email.

How is lifetime value worked out?

It is the total of the customer's invoices that are not drafts, void, or cancelled, after returns. Purchases is the count of those invoices.

Can I export my customer list?

Yes, with the View reports permission. The CSV has every customer that matches the search, filters, and sort.
