Write to your customers and keep every reply with their record.
Send a message from a customer's page. It goes to the customer by email under your business name. When the customer replies, the reply shows on the same page, next to their invoices and notes.
The customer uses their own email app. They do not need an account or a login.
A customer's page in CoinManagerPro, at the Messages section. The dealer wrote to Linda Price that the 1893-S Morgan dollar she asked about is still in stock and can be held until Friday. Her emailed reply shows under it: she wants the hold and will pay on Friday. A box to write the next message is under the conversation. Her email, phone, tags and lifetime value show at the right.
What buyer messages do
One conversation per customer, sent and answered by email.
Sent under your business name
The email shows your business name, logo, color, email and phone from your invoice template. Your name shows above the message.
Replies come back to the customer page
Each customer has a private reply address. The customer clicks Reply in their email app, and the answer shows in the Messages section of their page.
A Messages page for every conversation
Messages, under Sales in the sidebar, lists your conversations with the newest first. Filter to Unread to see the replies nobody opened.
You know when a customer replies
Your team gets a notification, the member who wrote last gets an email, and the sidebar shows the count of unread conversations.
Only the customer can add a reply
A reply is kept only when it comes from the customer's email address and passes the DMARC or DKIM mail checks. Mail from other addresses does not show.
Blocked customers stay out
You cannot send a message to a blocked customer, and a reply from a blocked customer is not kept.
Quoted text removed
The old message that email apps quote under a reply is removed. The conversation shows what the customer wrote.
Permissions per member
Members with View invoices or Manage memos can read messages. Members with Sell or Manage memos can send them.

Questions about buyer messages
Does my customer need a CoinManagerPro account?
No. The message arrives as a normal email. The customer replies from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other email app.
What address does the email come from?
The email shows your business name as the sender. Replies go to a reply address that belongs to that customer's conversation, so they come back to CoinManagerPro.
What if the customer replies from a different email address?
The reply is not kept. CoinManagerPro keeps a reply only when it comes from the email address on the customer's record. Change the customer's email, or ask the customer to reply from the address you have.
Are these eBay messages?
No. Buyer messages are email between you and the customers in your CoinManagerPro customer list. Messages with eBay buyers stay in eBay.
What happens if an email does not send?
The message stays in the conversation marked Not sent, and you see an error. Send it again.
