Draft coin descriptions with AI.

Click Write with AI on a coin. CoinManagerPro drafts a description from the coin's grade, certification, and details. You edit the draft, then save it to the coin.

Each draft costs 3 credits. Nothing saves until you click Save description.

A coin page in CoinManagerPro for an 1893-S Morgan Dollar PCGS VF20 with no description. The dealer clicks Write with AI, and the Description draft dialog opens with a short draft built from the coin's details, ready to edit and save.

What AI descriptions do

A draft gives you a plain, factual starting point for each coin you list.

Drafts from the coin's facts

The draft uses the title, year, mint mark, denomination, coin type, grading service, grade, certificate number, designation, variety, and the coin's attributes.

Cert data in the draft

When the coin has a PCGS or NGC cert record, the draft can give its designation, variety, and population.

Grade notes for raw coins

After Assess grade, the draft can describe the strike, surfaces, luster, and eye appeal in the words of the grade notes.

No invented claims

The draft states only the facts on the coin. It adds no history, rarity, mintage, demand, or price, and no words like stunning or must-have.

You edit before it saves

The draft opens in a dialog. Change any word, then save it to the coin, or discard it. Saving replaces the current description.

Descriptions for many coins

The Write descriptions workflow step drafts up to 25 coins in one step. It can save the drafts to the coins and skip coins that have a description.

Used in listings and lots

The saved description goes into the coin's eBay listing and into the lots of a platform sale, such as a HiBid or LiveAuctioneers sale.

Titles from photos and certs

Coin titles come from photo identification and cert lookup, in the form year, mint mark, type, variety, service, and grade.

Questions about AI descriptions

How long is a description?

With grade notes from Assess grade, the draft is two short paragraphs of 40 to 120 words. Without grade notes, it is one paragraph of 20 to 70 words.

Will the AI make up facts about my coin?

The draft is told to state only the facts on the coin. It does not add history, rarity, mintage, toning, pedigree, or prices that the coin record does not give. You read every draft before you save it.

What does it cost?

Each draft costs 3 credits. If the AI returns no draft, you are not charged.

Can it write titles?

Titles come from photo identification and cert lookup. The Write with AI button drafts the description. You can edit the title on the coin page at any time.

Can I write descriptions for a whole batch?

Yes. Add the Write descriptions step to a workflow. It drafts up to 25 coins per step, can save the drafts to the coins, and can skip coins that already have a description.
