See eBay and Walmart performance

Performance shows your sales on eBay and Walmart.

Walmart works only after you connect it. While the Walmart card on eBay and Walmart shows "Not available yet", you cannot connect Walmart. See Sell on Walmart.

Choose the period

Use the date range list at the top. The choices are "Last 30 days", "Last 90 days" and "Last 12 months".

Each marketplace

Each marketplace has a section with these numbers:

  • "Orders": the number of orders.
  • "Coins sold": the number of coins sold.
  • "Revenue": the sale prices.
  • "Fees": the marketplace fees.
  • "Coin cost": the cost of the coins sold.
  • "Margin": the sale price less the coin cost and the marketplace fees.
  • "Sell-through": the part of the published listings that sold, such as 12 of 40.
  • "Days to sell": the average time from listing to sale.

By category

The "By category" table shows which coins sell best on each marketplace. Each row has the "Category", the "Marketplace", the "Coins sold", the "Revenue" and the "Margin".

When the page is empty

The page shows "No marketplace sales in this period" until a coin sells on a marketplace in the period you chose. Choose a longer period, or check that the marketplace is connected on eBay and Walmart.

The margin uses the cost on each coin. Record your purchases with their cost so the margin is correct. For sales, profit, stock and expenses of the whole business, use Reporting.
