Sell on Walmart

Walmart works like eBay in CoinManagerPro: list coins, keep stock in sync, and import orders. These parts are different.

Is Walmart available

Go to eBay and Walmart. When the Walmart card shows "Not available yet", CoinManagerPro cannot connect to Walmart yet. You cannot list coins or import orders on Walmart until then.

When the card shows "Connect Walmart", click it and sign in to your Walmart seller account.

List coins on Walmart

1. Go to Coins and select the coins.
2. Click "List on Walmart".
3. Choose "Save as drafts" or "Publish now", and click the button.

In the listing editor, a Walmart listing has these differences:

• The title can have up to 150 characters.
• "Walmart product type" takes the place of the eBay category.
• "Attributes" take the place of item specifics.
• "GTIN" holds a UPC or EAN. Most coins have no GTIN. Without one, Walmart needs a GTIN exemption on your account.

Walmart orders

Walmart orders show on Orders with the eBay orders. Click "Import Walmart orders" to check now.

The Walmart settings have "Acknowledge orders". When it is on, CoinManagerPro tells Walmart you accept each paid order when it imports the order. When it is off, open each paid order and click "Acknowledge order".

Ship a Walmart order the same way as an eBay order: "Buy label", or "Add tracking" for a label from another place.
