Manage eBay and Walmart listings

Listings shows your coins on eBay and Walmart. You need the "Manage listings" permission to change them.

Walmart works only after you connect it. While the Walmart card on eBay and Walmart shows "Not available yet", you cannot connect Walmart. See Sell on Walmart.

Find listings

Search by title or SKU. Filter by marketplace and by status:

• "Drafts": saved and not published.
• "Live": active on the marketplace.
• "Waiting on marketplace": sent, and the marketplace has not accepted it yet.
• "Out of stock": the coin has no stock, so the listing is down.
• "Ended": taken down. You can publish it again.
• "Needs attention": the last sync failed.

A listing on a marketplace that is not connected shows "Not connected". CoinManagerPro cannot see or change it.

Act on many listings

Select the listings. Then click an action:

• "Publish" puts drafts and ended listings live. Each one goes live when its coin has stock.
• "End" takes live listings down. The listings stay in CoinManagerPro.
• "Retry" sends failed listings again. Drafts are not sent.
• "Change price" sets a "Recommended price" with an optional percent, changes each price by a percent, or sets "One price" for all.
• "Edit" sets the category or one item specific on every selected listing, or removes one item specific.

"Publish", "End" and "Retry" show only when a marketplace is connected.

Act on one listing

Click the listing to open it. Use "Save", "Publish", "End listing" or "Delete draft". "Open on eBay" opens the live listing.

The Sync column

• "Synced": the marketplace has the latest stock, price and details.
• "Syncing": a change is on its way.
• "Failed": the marketplace refused the last change. The error shows under the status.
• "On hold": the stock of an imported eBay listing differs from CoinManagerPro. Choose the quantity to use.

When a listing fails

1. Read the error on the listing.
2. Fix the cause. For example, fill in a missing item specific or category, or finish the eBay setup on eBay and Walmart.
3. Select the listing and click "Retry".

When the error says the connection stopped, click "Connect again" on eBay and Walmart.
