Use the coin page

To open the page of a coin, click the coin on Coins.

The page shows the coin in sections, for example "Details", "Coin", "Value", "Description", "Custody", "Movements" and "Activity". The page has no tabs. The buttons at the top apply to the coin.

Edit the coin

Click "Edit". Change the fields and click "Save". You can also click a field in "Details" or "Coin" and change it there. In "Coin", the "Coin type" is the type or series, for example Morgan Dollar.

"Description" is the text of the coin that goes on its listings. "Notes" is a separate section for your team.

Sell the coin

  1. Click "Sell".
  2. Enter the "Price per coin" and the "Quantity".
  3. Select the "Customer".
  4. Select the "Payment". Select "Not paid yet" to keep the invoice open with the full amount due.
  5. Click "Record sale".

The sale makes an invoice. To open it, click "View invoice" in the message.

When the coin is on memo, checked out, in transit, at auction or at grading, the app asks you first. Sell the coin only when the buyer has it or you have it back. Click "Sell the coin" to continue.

Value with AI

In "Value", click "Value with AI". It costs 15 credits. The estimate uses PCGS data, recorded sales and metal prices. The section shows the estimate, a low and high range, "Buy up to", "List at" and the sales the AI used.

To set the coin's value to the estimate, click "Use ... as value". To value the coin again later, click "Revalue".

Assess grade

The coin must have photos of the obverse and the reverse.

In "Grade assessment", click "Assess grade". It costs 16 credits. The AI gives a grade, a range and notes on strike, surfaces, luster and eye appeal. This is an AI opinion, not a certified grade. For a raw coin, click "Use ... as grade" to set the grade.

Write with AI

In "Description", click "Write with AI". It costs 3 credits. Edit the draft. Click "Save description". The draft replaces the current description.

Other actions

  • The status menu at the top changes the status of the coin.
  • "List on Flow Dealers" lists the coin on Flow Dealers.
  • Click "More actions" for "Follow", "Send on memo", "Check out" and "Request access". See Track custody of coins. The "Custody" section shows the custody log.
  • Click "More actions" and then "Delete coin" to delete the coin. You cannot undo this.

When you do not have enough credits for an AI action, the app asks you to buy credits.
