Give each employee the access they need.
Invite your team to CoinManagerPro. Owners and admins can do everything. For each other member, pick a preset or single permissions, and set how far below the asking price they can sell.
A member without View cost does not see the cost of a coin, its profit, or money in reports.
The Members settings in CoinManagerPro. An owner, an admin, and three members on the Sales, Bookkeeping, and Shipping presets. The Permissions dialog for James Reed shows the Sales preset, a 10 percent discount limit, and his permissions: View coins, Edit coins, and Sell are on; View cost and Delete coins are off.
What you control
Permissions apply in the app, in reports, in the in-app assistant, and through the MCP server.
Three roles
Owners and admins have every permission. Members have only the permissions you give them.
Presets
Manager, Sales, Staff, Intake, Shipping, Bookkeeping, Viewer, and No access. Or pick single permissions.
Hide cost
Only members with View cost see the cost, the acquisition price, and the cost code of a coin.
Discount limit
Set the most a member can sell a coin below its asking price. A sale past the limit needs a manager.
Separate risky actions
Delete coins, void invoices, record returns, and manage purchases are each their own permission.
Reports access
Choose who sees reports. A member with reports but without cost sees units and stock, not money.
Change log
Each permission change goes in the custody log, with who made it and what changed.
Invitations and seats
Invite by email as an admin or a member. An open invitation holds a seat until it is accepted.
How to set up your team
01
Invite a member
Go to Settings, Members, and click Invite. Enter the email and the role.
02
Pick a preset
Open the member's menu and click Permissions. Pick the preset that fits the job.
03
Adjust single permissions
Turn single permissions on or off. Turning one on also turns on the permissions it needs.
04
Set a discount limit
Enter a percent, or leave it empty for no limit. Click Save.

Questions about team permissions
Can I hide what I paid for a coin from my employees?
Yes. Turn off View cost for the member. They do not see the cost, acquisition price, cost code, or profit of a coin, or money in reports.
How does the discount limit work?
You set a percent for each member. CoinManagerPro refuses a sale, an invoice line, or a price change below the asking price by more than that percent. A member with Override discount limit can go past it.
Do permissions apply to the AI assistant?
Yes. The in-app assistant and an assistant connected through the MCP server use the member's own permissions.
How many people can I add?
The Starter plan has one seat. Professional and Business include more seats, and you can buy extra seats. Enterprise has no seat limit. An open invitation counts as a seat.
Can I see who changed a member's permissions?
Yes. The custody log records each permission change, the member who made it, and the old and new permissions.
