Save your catalog and eBay settings as templates.
A listing template holds the terms of an outside auction catalog or a set of eBay listings. Select coins, pick a template, and get a catalog or eBay listings with the prices filled in.
Deleting a template does not change the sales and listings made from it.
The Listing templates page in CoinManagerPro with five templates. Three are for outside auction catalogs, such as HiBid weekly catalog: HiBid, 18% premium, start at 40% of value, reserve at the cut bid. Two are for eBay listings, such as eBay raw coins: price 5% lower, in the coin's category.
What listing templates do
Two kinds of template: one for outside auction catalogs on HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and other platforms, and one for eBay listings.
Catalog terms
A catalog template sets the platform, how you sell, the buyer's premium, the platform fee, and who collects payment.
Estimates and start prices from value
Set the low estimate, the high estimate, and the start price as a percent of each coin's value. Each amount goes to a round bidding step.
Reserve at the cut bid
Turn on the reserve option and each lot's reserve is the coin's cut bid.
A catalog from many coins
Select up to 2,000 coins and choose New catalog from template. CoinManagerPro makes the platform sale and adds the coins as lots.
eBay listings from a template
An eBay template changes each coin's recommended price by a percent, such as -5. It can set the eBay category ID.
Title prefix and footer
Add a title prefix of up to 40 characters, and text after each description, such as your return policy.
Photos sized for eBay
CoinManagerPro formats each coin's photos to eBay's rules before it makes the listings.
Now, later, or drafts
Publish the eBay listings now, schedule the publish, or keep them as drafts. Catalog exports can also run on a schedule.

Questions about listing templates
Which platforms can a catalog template use?
HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, GreatCollections, Proxibid, Invaluable, Bidspirit, Bidsquare, or another platform with your own column layout.
What happens to a coin with no value?
A coin without a value gets no estimate or start price from the template. Set its prices on the sale before you export.
How many coins can I list on eBay at once?
Up to 500 coins at a time. The result shows each coin, and the reason when a coin was skipped.
Does changing a template change my sales?
No. A template fills in a new catalog or new listings. Sales and listings already made from it stay as they are.
Who can use templates?
Members with the Manage listings permission.
