Run your own coin auctions from your inventory.
Make a timed or live auction on the Flow marketplace. Add coins from your inventory as lots, set starting bids and reserves, and publish when every check passes.
For sales on HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and other platforms, use platform sales.
A draft Flow auction in CoinManagerPro, December Morgan and Peace dollars, with 640 lots. Before you publish shows three of four checks done. The auction has no cover image yet, so the main button is Upload cover. The lots list starting bids and reserves.
What auctions do
Your auctions and their lots use the coins in your inventory, so a coin is never typed twice.
Timed and live auctions
Make an auction with a name, a type, a start, and an end. Edit the details until it opens.
Coins as lots
Select up to 200 coins at a time and add them as lots. Preview each lot's starting bid and reserve before you add them. Add more coins as often as you need.
Lot numbers by rule
New lots take their numbers from your lot number rules. Change a lot's number, title, starting bid, or reserve on the auction page.
Checks before publish
Before you publish, the auction needs lots, a cover image, a description, and a start in the future. The main button goes to the first check that is not done.
Cover image and description
Upload the auction's cover image and write its description on the auction page.
Active lots
See the open and closing lots of all your auctions in one list. Sort by ending soon, highest bid, or most bids.
Start and close
Publish, start, and close each auction from its page. Each step asks first. Closing stops the bidding.
Results on the auction
The auction page shows lots sold, sell-through, bids, the hammer total, registrations, views, and followers.

Book a demo- Readiness checks each lot for photos, a description, a grade, a price, and a storage location.
- Click a sale to see each lot that is not ready and why.
- A lot drops off the list when its result is in.
- Set daily goals for your team and see each member's coins entered and descriptions written today.
Questions about auctions
Where do my auctions run?
Your auctions run on the Flow marketplace. To sell on HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, GreatCollections, or another platform, make a platform sale and export its lots.
How many lots can an auction have?
You add coins up to 200 at a time, as many times as you need. A sale of several hundred or a few thousand lots is built in batches.
Can I set a reserve?
Yes. Each lot has a starting bid and an optional reserve. The reserve cannot be below the starting bid.
Can I delete an auction?
You can delete an auction while it is a draft. After you publish it, close it instead.
Who on my team can change auctions?
Members with the Manage listings permission can make, change, publish, and close auctions. Members without the View cost permission do not see coin costs on the lots.
