Use the storage map

The Storage map shows where each coin is: zones, safes, shelves and boxes. It shows the coins in storage and their value. You need the "Edit coins" permission.

When you have more than one warehouse, select the warehouse at the top.

Add warehouses and zones

1. On the Storage map, click "Warehouses and zones".
2. Click "Add warehouse". Enter the "Name" and the "Code". A new warehouse gets one zone, "General".
3. To add a zone, click "Add zone" under the warehouse. Enter the "Name" and the "Code".

New coins go in the default warehouse and its default zone. To change a default, click "Make default".

You cannot delete the default warehouse or zone. You cannot delete a warehouse or zone that holds coins that are not sold. Move the coins first. Coin history keeps the names of deleted places.

Draw the layout

The warehouse must have at least one zone.

1. Click "Edit layout".
2. Click "Add safe". Enter the "Code". Use the code that is on the coins.
3. Optional: enter a "Label", a "Column on the map" and a "Row on the map".
4. Click "Add safe".
5. Use the plus button on a safe to add a shelf. Use the plus button on a shelf to add a box.
6. Click "Done".

You can change a code only when no coins use it. You can always change the label.

When coins have a safe, shelf or box code that is not on the layout, the map shows "Not on the map". Click the button on that unit to add it to the map.

When you delete a unit, the app removes it and the units in it from the map. The coins keep their safe, shelf and box.

See the coins in a slot

Click a slot on the map. A panel shows the coins in the slot.

To find one coin on the map, use "Find a coin".

Move coins

1. Click the slot.
2. Select the coins to move. To move all coins, select none.
3. Click "Move selected" or "Move all".
4. Select the "Slot".
5. Click "Move".

The app records the move in the location history of each coin.

To count the coins in a place, click "Stock counts". See Count your stock.
