Pull coins with a picklist

A picklist lists coins to pull from storage, in the order you walk the warehouse. You need the "Pick and ship" permission.

Make a picklist

From a sale or memo:

1. Go to Picklists.
2. Click "New picklist".
3. Select an invoice, an order, a platform sale or a memo. The picklist gets its coins.
4. Optional: enter a name.
5. Click "Create picklist".

From coins you select:

1. Go to Coins.
2. Select the coins.
3. Click "Create picklist".
4. Click "Create picklist" in the dialog.

Pick the coins

1. Open the picklist.
2. Go to each coin in the order of the list.
3. Scan or type the code in "Scan or type a code" and click "Pick". The box takes a SKU, a label or an RFID tag. You can also click "Pick" on the line.

To undo a pick, click "Undo". When a coin is not in its place, click "Missing" on the line. You can add a note, for example: the box was empty.

To show only the coins that are left, select "To pick". To print the list, click "Print".

Complete the picklist

1. Click "Complete" at the top of the page. When no coins are left to pick, you can also click "Complete picklist" at the bottom of the page.
2. In "Status of picked coins", select a new status, or "Keep the current status".
3. Optional: select "Move picked coins" and select the new place.
4. Optional: select "Put coins that were not found on hold". This shows when coins are missing.
5. Click "Complete".

To stop without changes, click "Cancel picklist", then "Cancel picklist" again to confirm. No coin changes status or location.
