Connect Shippo, ShipStation and Google Merchant
You need the "Manage settings" permission to see Integrations.
The services
The "Add integration" menu shows these services:
- "eBay and Walmart": marketplace listings and orders. This item opens eBay and Walmart. Connect each marketplace there.
- Shippo makes shipping labels and tracks packages.
- ShipStation ships orders with more than one carrier.
- Google Merchant Center shows your coins in Google Shopping.
A service that is connected does not show in the menu.
ShipStation keys do not go here. Save them on Shipping provider. That page also adds the webhook that tells CoinManagerPro when ShipStation ships an order. When ShipStation is connected, Integrations shows it in the list with a link to the Shipping provider page.
Connect a service
- Go to Integrations.
- Click "Add integration".
- Click the service. For ShipStation, the app opens the Shipping provider page.
- Type the fields that the service asks for:
- Shippo: the "API token". Find the token in Shippo, under Settings and then API. Turn on "Test mode" to use the Shippo test account. Labels from test mode do not ship.
- Google Merchant: the "Merchant ID".
- Click "Connect".
The list shows each service with its status: "Active", "Inactive" or "Error".
Test or remove a connection
Open the menu on the row of the service. For ShipStation, use the Shipping provider page.
- "Test connection" checks that the keys work.
- "Remove" disconnects the service. Workflow steps that use it can fail.
Use Shippo or ShipStation for shipping
After you connect Shippo or ShipStation, choose it as your shipping provider. See Workspace settings.
